Our specialty is helping family dogs become well behaved and well adjusted. Our training programs emphasize a few key concepts in order to achieve this goal:

• Our programs are commitment-based. We offer “goal-based training,” meaning we’ll commit to working together until your training goals are achieved. We also provide support to you and your dog for the lifetime of the dog. Our motive in offering this long-term training service is to make sure your dog remains a safe and happy member of your family for the rest of his/her life. We don’t want to see dogs surrendered for preventable/resolvable issues!
•  We train dogs for real world situations. Our training programs are private, in-home dog training programs, but that doesn’t mean we’ll train only in your home. We will take our training lessons out and about to make sure you have a dog who behaves no matter the circumstances!
• We teach you how to bond with your dog. A huge influence on a dog’s behavior is his relationship with his handler – in this case, his owner. We will be teaching your dog to behave for you, not for the dog trainer! We want you to feel confident in handling your dog and communicating with him even after we leave. This relationship is a positive one – a positive relationship based on mutual trust and respect.
• Our programs have been successfully used to resolve all kinds of behavior issues for over 26 years. This is quite a bit of history. We aren’t making it up as we go – we’ll have a training plan from the very moment we begin working together. Every dog is different; the plan always ebbs and flows to meet the needs of your dog and your family, but the fundamentals are the same! This is why our program produces reliable, lasting results.
